Challenge
Create a social media campaign for the 2017 winter holiday season, that spans across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. The project has no budget, and the campaign will drive customers and followers to Amazon Fresh’s winter holiday store. How might I connect with our customers’ seasonal mindset and create an engaging campaign utilizing available resources?
Solution
Keeping Amazon Fresh’s main customers in mind (young couples and families), I created from concept to finish a heartwarming campaign to reflect the holiday season spirit, with playful child-like illustrations. The final campaign was made up of a total of 16 animated and still illustrations that were posted throughout the holiday season. The campaign generated 2506+ impressions, 324+ Likes, and 70+ shares and comments.
